Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable. If a student cancels or fails to attend the session they registered for, the course fee is forfeited. However, course credit may be offered instead of a refund. If the student fails to show or does not complete the program, they forfeit their fee entirely.
Late Arrival Policy:
- Time Slot Management: Each student is allotted a 1-hour time slot for their skills session. Students may log in and begin their session at any time during this 1-hour window. Additionally, students may attempt to log in up to 15 minutes early if the previous student has completed their session. However, under no circumstances can a student stay beyond their allotted 1-hour window. If a student is unable to complete their skills portion within the allotted time, they will need to pay a rescheduling fee to book another session.
Rescheduling Policy:
- Rescheduling Conditions (Heart Code Courses): Students are allowed one reschedule per Heart Code course, provided they give at least 48 hours’ written notice via email at [email protected] or text at (559) 765-0306. The timestamp of the email or text will be used to verify whether the 48-hour notice requirement was met. If the student reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice for a Heart Code course, they will be charged a rescheduling fee of $65.
- Rescheduling Insurance (Heart Code Courses): Students may purchase rescheduling insurance for $65, allowing unlimited reschedules for Heart Code courses. This insurance must be purchased during the initial course sign-up. Without this insurance, any additional rescheduling requests for Heart Code courses will incur a $65 rescheduling fee if rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
- Standard Combined Rescheduling Fee: If a student signs up for multiple Heart Code classes (e.g., ACLS, PALS, BLS) at the same time and needs to reschedule, they can pay a flat rescheduling fee of $65, which will cover all rescheduled classes. This combined rescheduling fee only applies to classes purchased together during the initial transaction. If the student enrolls in additional classes separately at a later time, this policy does not apply, and rescheduling fees will be charged per class..
Chargeback Fee:
- Handling Disputes: A $50 chargeback fee will be applied if a student disputes a valid and authorized credit card charge. Before disputing a charge, students are required to contact our office to resolve any issues. Students who register and pay over the phone must accept the terms and conditions via text message; otherwise, we cannot process their enrollment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for the following reasons:
